• Daily barre sharpened placement, balance, and line. Technique cleanup translated into cleaner turns and safer landings—competitions notice that.

• Turn & Leap Lab

• Progressions for pirouettes, a la seconde work, switch leaps, and jeté mechanics. Alyson’s rotations multiplied and her air time grew—command became the new normal.

• Acro Mastery

• The goal wasn’t tricks for Instagram; it was body control. From walkovers to aerials, acro became Alyson’s differentiator—power + precision.

• Performance Psychology

• Breathwork, visualization, and “green‑light” routines before she hit the floor. The same tools became study rituals before tests.

• Competition Intelligence

• Routine selection that matched score sheets, strategic costuming, and rehearsal cadence to peak on performance day. Wins are rarely an accident.

• Academic Transfer Plan

• Weekly check‑ins turned dance discipline into study discipline: time‑blocking, grade dashboards, and “film review” for exams (what went right, what to fix).

Result? Consistency replaced inconsistency. The dancer who locked in at the marley also showed up fiercely for calculus.
